The main villa has been designed with a clever use of space. Unlike many homes on the island, a notable feature of Flamboyant Villa is a separate kitchen.

The two bedroom, two bathroom cottage has whitewashed walls, blue louvred shutters and cheerful terracotta floors that together create a clean, fresh space. With the outside painted a bright sunshine yellow with sea-blue detailing, it fits in perfectly in the mature gardens.
For anybody looking to settle on Nevis permanently, Flamboyant Villa is an excellent choice. It is private while also being part of a small community on the island, and it is within easy reach of town and exclusive restaurants while still feeling secluded.
