There will be a number of apartments in the Palazzo that will be sold shortly. This project also consists of restoring the old and very large Palazzo garden, with pool area etc. These gardens border each other, though their garden does not have a view into this property because of this one being at a much higher level.

To reach Casoli from abroad, the closest international airport is Rome, some 230 kilometers away on the west coast. Picking up a rental car at the airport and driving to Casoli takes about 3 hours. There is also a just finalized decision to expand the airport in Pescara to international capacity. When that is finished, you may reach the airport in 45 minutes.
