We are proud to present this beautiful country house with two separate living areas, a guest apartment and a large swimming pool, with stunning views on the outskirts of Oria, in the province of Almeria.

The house is in a fantastic location, on a dead end tarmac road with great views over the mountains. It is about 15 minutes drive from Oria, and 20 minutes from the larger town of Albox. The house has some neighbors nearby, but has a lot of privacy.

From the street a double iron gate opens to the driveway, on a large fenced plot. At the end of the driveway there is a small iron gate and on the left is the enclosed swimming pool. The swimming pool is 10x5 and has a part of the terrace covered, where a lovely lounge area could be created. The view from here over the mountains is breathtaking.

Stairs lead down to the house, past pretty gardens with a lovely old-fashioned well, and past a garage used as storage. From the terrace in front of the house, with a nice shaded spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the view, we find the main entrance on the left. Through the hall we arrive in a spacious but cozy living room, where there is room enough to realize a kitchen, to make it an independent apartment. To the left of the hall is a good sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet behind it.

On the other side is the kitchen, which is currently shared by both living areas. The kitchen is very spacious, with a spacious utility room attached to it. Further on, a door leads to the second living area, with its own entrance. Downstairs is a spacious living room with a spacious hall, then stairs lead up to a very large bedroom with fitted wardrobes, with a door to a private outdoor terrace. Further down the hallway are two further spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning. At the end of the hallway is another smaller bedroom/office area, and a family bathroom with bath and toilet.

An independent guest apartment can be reached from the driveway, with its own outdoor terrace and BBQ area. The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

Next to the garage is a covered area, which is currently used for storage. From there is access to three extra storage rooms that could be converted into another independent apartment.

Next to the house is a small room that serves as a laundry room, with access to an old-fashioned bread oven. The house has a new solar water system, and electricity and water are connected. All windows in the house are equipped with mosquito nets and bar.
