Nestled in amongst the olive trees, the property is accessed via a quiet lane just off the road leading to Avlaki beach. The first thing that caught our attention was the fabulous pool terrace, complete with outdoor eating area and bbq. From here there are lovely views across the garden towards the sea.

The front door opens into a large hallway which leads into the living room complete with a working fireplace. To the right is the dining room which has patio doors out onto the pool patio area. The large kitchen is at the back of the property with balcony doors leadi out onto a covered verandah. There is also a small bedroom at the back of the property.

At the other side of the living room are two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Stairs lead from the living room up to a further two bedrooms, once again with their own ensuite bathrooms. A small guest WC is located on the ground floor, just off the living room.

The location of this property combines the best of both - complete tranquility and walking distance to one of Corfu's most beautiful beaches. There are restaurants and a couple of shops also within walking distance. The popular harbour town of Kassiopi is only a 5 minute drive away.
