Typically Portuguese house, built in granite stone, consisting of ground floor, first floor and backyard with a total area of ??358 m². The ground floor as two huge rooms and also comprises a large room for the wine cellar, a bedroom and a large bathroom. All of these rooms on the ground floor are served by a main corridor that also ends with a door leading to the backyard.
The backyard is very private and reserved, it has an old stone well, with water suitable for the garden. Many Fruit trees essentially orange and lemon trees. It is also composed of a large storage room previously used as an artisanal distillery and two other attachments used for storage.
