This mobile home sits on a Mobile Home site close to the towns of both Pizarra and Álora. The mobile home was manufactured by Willerby who are known for their good quality builds. The home was installed onsite by the manufacturers 2 1/2 years ago.. the remaining warranty is for 7 1/2 years.

The plot where the mobile homes sits feels very private with open views towards the countryside. The current owners lived in the mobile home for several years and have made upgrades to the property with new air conditioning, and a new boiler. There is also a covered terrace and decking area that has been constructed to a high standard. The garden sits to the rear of the property with a side BBQ terrace and a lower terrace where the Jacuzzi sits.

The site is a small family run with facilities available for all owners to enjoy which include Swimming Pool that is open all years around and a bar/restaurant The sites has 12 permanent mobile home sites, 6 of the mobile homes are lives in permanently the other 6 are holiday homes.

The ground rent is 3900E per annum, this include 24,000lts of water, there is also an option to pay 3,6000E and have your water metered if you are not going to live in the mobile home full time. Irrigation water is also available during the summer months.
