The land and outbuildings
The property consists of around 8000m2 of land, that slopes up the hill on various levels, plus a driveway running up the hill, giving access to each:
– Level 1, at the bottom, by the entrance to the property consists of a very large, completely flat area of land of around 1130m2, with a huge outbuilding divided into various sections, estimated at around 450m2, all on one level, plus stabling for 4 to 6 horses, around 115m2.
– Level 2, a little way up the driveway, covers a flat area of around 800m2, plus an outbuidling on the top of the lower outbuilding. – Level 6, above the house area, accessed both by sweeping steps up, or by continuing up the concrete drive, consists of a mainly tiled area of around 550m2, with beautiful views across to the Maroma mountain to to the North and the lower hills towards the Velez valley to the West and South. There is a pool in the centre of this area which is around 9 x 3.5m. The pool needs renovation and needs fitting with a filter system to make it actively operate as a pool, but it is tiled fully.
– Level 7, accessed again by steps and a driveway, leads to a flat area of around 650m2, with a fenced in chicken run in need of renovation, with a brick built chicken pen in the centre (3 x 2m).

The house
The house is currently around 100m2 plus a large covered porch with arches of around 4 x 11m, plus garage. The front door leads into a hallway with a kitchen (slightly old fashioned, but functioning) to the right (4 x 3m) and double doors to the left leading into a large living room. This room (5 x 5m) has wooden windows to the front and side, and a fireplace and is in excellent condition.

From the hallway, a corridor leads to bedroom 1 (4.5 x 4m) and bedroom 2 (4.5 x 4m), both to the left, and at the far end, a large bathroom (3 x 3m plus alcove for the bath). Next to the living room, accessed from outside, is a large garage, (5 x 4m) which could potentially be converted into an ensuite bedroom, which would be bedroom no.3.

This is an opportunity for anyone looking for an easy project, perhaps someone wishing to live here permanently and keep horses, and maybe other animals, and perhaps create a few tourist units – perhaps as an equestrian holiday or training centre. It needs some work, but as it has such a good collection of outbuidlings and flat land, plus the added advantate of a pool, it makes for an excellent base on which to build a little empire!

Access is excellent, with no dirt track. It is located only 15 minutes from Velez-Malaga and 20 minutes from the coast.
