This property is characterised by it's stunning garden and views. It is a beautiful home however, it is just made for outside living. There is a gorgeous, covered pergola which is where one will spend most of the Summer months. Despite being in the centre of a village, it is completely private with a completely fenced garden. Inside there are fruit trees and grapes.
The access will avoid all necessity for a gym membership as the access is pedestrian characteristic of our Medieval, Hilltop Villages.
With Complete access to the garden, is an annex of one large room and bathroom. Underneath, there is storage and a workshop. The owners often 'camp out' in this annex just for fun, but they have also had a long term rental in this part of the house.
There is a lower 'apartment' in the cantina level which is regularly rented out for €35 a night to give an income. It has one bedroom, a tasteful bathroom with shower and a living space as well as its own terrace where stunning views can be enjoyed. This portion of the house has all the pipework for central heating.
The main part of the house again is decorated with great taste but being loyal to Tuscan style. The main heating is using an "Arga" whcih has vents to heat the bedroom. The main bedroom, on the other hand, is heated by the pipe from the fireplace.
The stairs upstairs are wooden leading to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The Tuscan charm just keeps on with beams and terracotta floors.
Within walking distance is the "Rifugio" which is an awesome centre for socialising, on a sunday, it is also possible to walk up to Enrico's Agriturismo for a scrummy Sunday lunch.
Our area is amazing for living all year round with skiing just up the road, amazing cities of culture close by and the beach.
