The villa

On a hilltop plot of 4,233 sqm, this subterranean villa of 147 sqm offers plentiful living space. The developer playfully worked with an alteration of covered and uncovered areas throughout the villa. In the main villa, a glass facade has replaced the concrete wall, allowing for the breathtaking Cretan coast to be brought into the home. The living area of the villa is an open-plan area of roughly 60 sqm, including the kitchen/dining/living room. The living room together with the dining area is comfortably spread over almost 50 sqm. The kitchen has a large cooking island, which allows for space separation and practicality as it offers additional working space.
