At the base of the Majella, in an amazing hamlet with houses and roads in stone, immersed in the green of the wild nature of Abruzzo, and precisely along the main road (pedestrian area in the summertime) we have an apartment in great condition and recently renovated, with exposed Majella stone and antique bricks.
The property is on the first floor of an ancient palace of two floors (without elevator) and is thus composed: through an antique portal in stone there is direct access to the kitchen, completely furnished, subsequently there is the living room, well kept and well renovated, then there are two bedrooms, both with panoramic balcony and lastly a bathroom.
The systems and the fixtures are in great state, the vaults on the ceilings have been cleaned to expose the old bricks, the plaster has been partly removed in order to show the Majella stone.

The property is located in the historic centre of the medieval hamlet of Roccamorice, where there are shops, bars, pizzeria, restaurant, post office, pharmacy, and great restaurants where to taste the products of the Park and drink the great Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine. The great position allows you to reach in 15 minutes the ski slopes, in 35 minutes the sea and the lively city of Pescara and its international airport. In 15 minutes there is also the highway exit A25 that connects Rome to Pescara and the train station of Scafa. Roccamorice is the ideal place where to unwind in the solitude and the calm of nature, among hermitages and mysterious caves. From the Belvedere it is possible to contemplate the wonderful landscape of Majella and taste its gastronomic traditions: here it is possible to assist the making of cheese, taste the Solina bread and enjoy great liqueurs since Roccamorice has an old liquoristic tradition.
