The owners house was the original farmhouse built in the 1930’s. At that time it was a bungalow but is now a lovely two story home.
The house is just off the track and is a beautifully constructed detached property with a fenced garden and covered porch. Full of charm and character it has central heating, sitting room/dining room, a beautiful fully fitted kitchen, separate laundry, pantry, three bedrooms and wood beamed ceilings. The large principal bedroom has a big en-suite bathroom with bath, and space for a in the bedroom for a sofa and lounge area with views towards the Sierra Nevada. There is a second large double bedroom and two smaller rooms currently used as office space but they could be a single room with dressing or sitting room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
There is no sign of any insect damage to any of the wooden beams, the stairs have very nice iron bannisters and the original thick walls keep the space cool in the summer.

The guest accommodation is superb and is licensed as a Casa Rural. Constructed in a modern style with a nod to Andalusian design this lovely building has six en-suite bedrooms. One room has been designed with wheelchair access and everything in the en-suite bathroom is at wheelchair height. The other bedrooms are tastefully done and would come furnished. There is a reception area for guest check-in/out and a room currently used for massage plus a large room used for yoga. The super guest dining room and kitchen is spacious and has pellet burner heating as well as a mezzanine level with sofas and books for days which are either too hot or for winter gatherings. Guests who have stayed at the venue love the kitchen and pitching in with the cooking and clearing up. The kitchen has been designed to make best use of the space and with a cooks needs in mind. It has two ovens, two hobs, two extractor fans, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sink and a central island with storage and prep space. The worktops are polished granite and were specially made for the owners. Just off the dining room is a covered, removable platform ideal for tai chi or yoga practise.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers. All the windows in the guest accommodation are wood effect aluminium double glazing, and there are lots of outdoor lights for evenings. With plenty of outdoor lounge areas and places for guests to take themselves off to look at the view in private this venue has been designed to allow your guests to really relax and leave their daily routine behind.
The pool area has a large deck for sun loungers and this is covered and the whole pool area is surrounded by a wicker privacy fence. The pool has crazy paving style surround, and then some gravel with a pathway made from old railway sleepers.

Access to the venue is via an unpaved track which is accesible with care using an ordinary car.

There is plenty of room to grow your own vegetables, have chickens and goats and be pretty self sufficient. We have information regarding adding more solar panels to reduce the amount of mains electricity used as well as information about the general bills for the property.
