Full Description

This 2 bedroom townhouse has just been added to our here't you just love that word?, it sounds so old fashioned. It's for sale in a complex which is just 10 minutes walk to town and a couple more on to the fabulous Ajabo beach in Callao salvaje.

Inside

Inside this 68m2 property, I think you'll agree that it'll make a great long term home, whether you'll be here as a break from your main home or you're thinking about coming on a more permanent basis and there's a total of 31m2 outside space and some of it with partial sea views.

Downstairs

There's a fully fitted, independent kitchen which has plenty of natural light, a downstairs toilet and a good sized lounge which has sliding doors leading out to the ground floor terrace.

Upstairs

There are 2 double bedrooms, both of which have built in wardrobes and there's also a shared family bathroom. There's another set of stairs which lead to a sunny roof terrace, that offers distant sea views.

Outside

There are 2 terraces, the roof terrace and the terrace from the lounge, they're both of a good size and private. There's also a parking space included in the sale.

The complex

El Jable is a complex built in 2007, and consists of 2 floor townhouses with roof terraces, some having sea views. It's about 10 minutes walk into town and then a few more minutes to get to the Callao Salvaje beach, Playa Ajabo.

The complex is clean and tidy and mainly residential, although its situation would be ideal for short term holiday letting, so I imagine that there will be some properties being used for that.

The swimming pool is a good size and there's plenty of sun bathing areas with some of the properties circling the aea and looking onto the pool area directly.

Callao Salvaje - The Town

Although Callao Salvaje has a couple of hotels, it's mainly a residential area and has quite a few long term residents.

The town itself has a good selection of shops, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants and if you can't find what you need in the town, then the larger town of Adeje is just 5 minutes up the road.

The beach, Playa de Ajabo, was totally refurbished during 2011 and 2012 and reopened in 2014 and, although a volcanic sandy beach, which for some reason some people aren't keen on, is a great beach with sun-beds and parasols and the sea is quite calm thanks to a water break which was built during the beach refurbishment.
