Located in Greve in Chianti, one of the world's most renowned towns for wine is this family-run organic farm and wine estate.

The farm has 5.5 hectares (13.6 acres) of ICEA certified organic land, certified for more than 20 years.

There is about 2 hectares of Chianti Classico DOCG and IGT vineyards which produce about 10,000 bottles of wine per year. The vine varieties include Sangiovese (80%), Merlot (15%), and Vermentino (5%) grapes.

Additionally, there is an olive grove of about 0.4 hectares with 180 trees that produce about 500 litres of excellent DOP olive oil.

The estate includes a family-run agritourism business (tourist holiday rentals) that hosts clients from all over the world and produces a good annual income.

The property's remaining land includes arable land, of which about 1 hectare could be converted into vineyards, with fruit trees (2.45 ha) and a forest appropriate for logging (0.8 ha).
