A high wall gives privacy to the entry cobbled courtyard. The house has several entrances. From the courtyard one enters into an open plan room with a window. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. There is a wood burner. The dining table is by a large window looking out over the olive groves, terrace and countryside. A few steps ascend to a double bedroom with ceiling fan and a separate bathroom. The bedroom has an exit out to one of the many terraces. The bathroom has a bath with shower fitting, sink and toilet.
At this level is an alcove with washing machine and fridge/freezer.
There are two guest bedrooms, each 4.3 m2 x 3 m2, which have been used for holiday rentals. One bedroom has a double bed on a mezzanine floor access by a ladder. Under the mezzanine is a double sofa bed and the room is equipped with a small fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The second guest bedroom has a four-poster double bed and the en-suite bathroom is similar.
Both bedrooms exit out to terraces and a shared small L-shaped swimming pool. They also share a front terrace.

Walls are 55 cms thick so the house is cool in the summer and retrains heat in the winter. This rather different 100 years old house was renovated in 2003. It is connected to the main sewage system. Car parking is under a shady car port, which gives additional privacy to the pool area.
The price includes all the furniture, equipment, fixtures and fittings, bedding, kitchen ware etc. etc. plus the outdoor garden furniture and equipment.
There are 59 olive trees on the plot, which last year gave 400 kilos of good quality olive oil.
Probably the nearest place to swim is going down to Kalavros and Tigania Bay, via 5 km agricultural road. Here there are a couple of pebbly beaches. Otherwise, Sitia has beaches of course.
The house is less than 100 metres from the main road via good agricultural road. The area is part of the Geopark system and the famous Richtis gorge and waterfalls is a 5 minute drive away. Exo and Mesa Mouliana have tavernas and small supermarkets. The house is approx. 500 metres from Exo Mouliana and it is 3 kms between the two villages. Sitia city and airport is at 16 kms; Aghios Nikolaos at 52 kms and Heraklion airport at 110 kms.
