Rodney Bay Village was primarily a residential neighborhood but has now become a prime destination for visitors, with a wide variety of hotels, restaurants and bars. This is one of the most popular residential areas, on the island, because it has so much to offer.

This spacious unit sits on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms and a shared bath.

Upon entry, to the left is the kitchen with basic appliances, including a stove, fridge and washing machine.

Directly opposite is the 1st bedroom. This forms the first portion of the apartment, which is separated by a door that leads to the main living area and the other bedroom. Both bedrooms and the main living room have A/C. There is a spacious patio that faces the beach area and looks down onto the front yard which has ample parking. For those who don't want to take a walk to the beach, there is a large communal pool area with lounge chairs.

The length of the coastline is approximately 1 km, the coast is covered with golden fine sand. To the south of the beach there are green hills, trees and shrubs. The beach offers a unique panoramic view over Rodney Bay and the island. The resort is protected from the wind, with relatively small waves. The beach is quiet, calm, cozy and suitable for holidays with the whole family.
