The Cottage

Renovated and modernized in 2014, Tardis Rose construction is concrete with timber cladding and sits on a stone foundation. Designed in a Bali-style architecture, inside is high vaulted ceilings with exposed varnished rafters and timber louvre jalousie windows with mosquito netting. The interior walls are finished with concrete and a mixture of ceramic clay tiles and timber line the floor.

The main living space is open concept and is well ventilated; and the modernized kitchen coupled with the green accent wall in the living room, provide a contrast to the timber details. All appliances are with inverters and there is a Kitchen Aid cooker and a washer/dryer (dual).

Each bedroom has built-in closet space with ensuite bathrooms that are simple yet elegant, both fully bathed in a a grey marble backsplash. An added bonus is a loft storage above the bedrooms. From the living room you haver access to two patios, each one overlooking the expansive land which has a generous parking area.
