The casita has its own downstairs terrace, as well as its own electricity supply, air-conditioning, TV, and septic tank. There is the possibility here to make a completely separate entrance and parking area at the side of the casita.

The Exterior
Double gates with electronic remote control lead off the track to the property. There is a two car carport plus plenty of guest parking.
In front of the main cortijo is a large fully tiled terrace with shade, BBQ area and a huge fish pond with water feature and fishing deck. And of course, amazing views.
The guest area has its own tiled terrace for outdoor dining.
A large garden is planted for ease of maintenance and comes with a well equipped children’s playground.
The pool (7mx9m approx.) has been specially designed so it isn’t overly deep at the deep end to make it safer for children but it’s perfect for swimming. There is a hot tub, lots of space for sun loungers and a wonderful chill-out/recreation area with billiard table, bar, BBQ, lots of prep space for making lunches or dinner and a double sink. This area is beautifully maintained and is a wonderful place to spend long Spanish days and star-lit nights.
The plot includes an olive grove which is set outside the fenced in main property and is a wonderful addition both in the possibility for income but also for selling your own olive oil and olive based cosmetics or food. Your guests would love the opportunity to help harvest olives and then be sent home with a jar of prepared olives from the grove, or a bottle of olive oil.
