Originally an old house in the middle of a terrace, the house has been partly modernized and is completely ready to move into. With some care and flair, there is lots of potential to make it more attractive, whilst retaining some of the original character and making more of the wonderful location. The houses on both sides show the possibilities, having been completely renovated already.

Entering from the road, a covered entrance area leads through into the main living room and kitchen. At one end of the kitchen is a small bedroom, and at the other end another bedroom which leads into a third, smaller room, both of these with windows facing the rear.

A tiled staircase leads down to a simple bathroom with a toilet, sink and hand held shower. To one side of this is a large room, presently used as another bedroom. A door leads from this to the garden at the back.

The roof of the kitchen is in fact a large terrace which is presently reached by a metal spiral staircase. From here the view is superb, right down the channel between Corfu and Albania, with clear views towards Corfu town and beyond. The present owners have covered this area for shade and use it as an outside dining space.

It would be possible to extend the house upwards into a second storey which would provide sea views to the other side as well.
