The kitchen is well equipped with frigde/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. The marble work surface has a toaster, cooker, kettle and senseo coffee machine.
Open-plan living space with dining and living areas. Marble dining table with 6 chairs. Lounge with 3 seater sofa and two 1 seaters in contemporary style. Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, free wireless internet access (own laptop required).
OUTSIDE
The villa has its own private infinity pool with underwater lighting and a metal ladder for access. There is an external shower for use before and after swimming. The children's pool is at the basement terrace. The pools can not be heated. They are cleaned daily.
There are 6 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. Dining area (4 chairs) leading from the main house living space. Another dining table (6 chairs) and a BBQ at the basement terrace.
UTILITY
There is a separate laundry room at the basement terrace with washing machine, steam iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack and pegs.
