In the middle of the traditional village of Pagi, this house is built over two floors but has been arranged 'upside-down' with the bedrooms downstairs and the living accommodation upstairs. This is a great way of taking advantage of the view and also means that the bedrooms are cool in summer.
From the parking space at the front of the house, a staircase leads up to the front door and into the living/dining room. Large patio windows allow plenty of light to flood in and the balcony overlooks the lovely view across the valley to the mountains beyond. At one end is a WC/cloakroom.
The modern fitted kitchen is separate and very spacious, and this faces the front of the house, towards the road and the village. There is another large terrace with lots of space for outside dining and access to the roof.
Steps lead from this terrace up to the flat roof, ideal for sunbathing, and with a doorway into a useful attic space.
A wooden and metal spiral staircase leads from the living area down to the lower floor. Here are three double bedrooms, one presently used as an office, and the master bedroom with a large dressing room.
The family bathroom is large and separate and has a bath and a shower unit.
The pretty garden at the back of the house is sloping and has been designed with rocks and pebbles for easy maintenance.
