When entering the house it is immediately noticeable; beautiful open spaces with high ceilings.
The house, built in 2017, is beautiful designed, with the large floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy the view everywhere and there is plenty of natural light everywhere.

A nice combination of an authentic look with contemporary comfort has been chosen. For example, there is a beautiful Santa Catarina tile floor with underfloor heating (via a heat pump), the high ceilings are with the traditional wooden beams and the roof has been completely insulated according to modern quality requirements and the spacious windows are all made of quality double glazing. The floor is also insulated for optimal comfort.

Cozy and spacious living room with open plan kitchen. From the kitchen there is a beautiful view over the green valley through a large window, which is truly as if it is a living painting. From sunrise to sunset it is truly a pleasure to make breakfast, lunch or dinner in this kitchen.

The water is heated through solar panels and the underfloor heating is heated by a heath pump. Both very energy sufficient solutions for heating!

There are 3 beautiful and spacious en-suite bedrooms.

AZUL
The blue room is the main bedroom which has beautiful sea views. On the video the breathtaking view can be seen well, in real life it is even more beautiful! This room is spacious and is divided into several sections.
A private seating area, which can also be a beautiful, inspiring office space with such a view!
Internet WIFI is available via cable.

Next to the seating area is the sleeping area and in addition the beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet. The spaces are separated by half-high walls and therefore easy to adapt to your own liking. There is also an additional space which currently has a single bed. VERDE
The green room is also located at the front, next to the blue room, and also has beautiful sea views. At the front of this green and also on the front of the blue room there is also a terrace to enjoy the views.
The green room is spacious and also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

In each of the bathroom there is a beautiful combination of authentic and contemporary style and materials.

BRANCO
The white room is located next to the living room, and also has its own entrance and private terrace. The room is also spacious, equipped with large glass sliding doors and the high ceilings which makes the room look even more spacious. The room has its own bathroom with bath and toilet.

The rooms are equipped with the authentic Santa Catarina tile feed with underfloor heating and also a fan is present for cooling. The cavity walls provide a proper balance in winter and summer for heating and cooling. If heating is needed, the underfloor heating can be turned on and if cooling is needed, the fan can be turned on per room.

Currently, the blue room is directly accessible from the inside through the living room and the other two suites are accessible via a private entrance from outside. With a small adjustment of the installation of two doors, it is very easy to also make the other two rooms accessible from the inside. However, if you wish to own a 1 or 2 bedroom property, the other suite(s) may retain its own outdoor access to accommodate guests or family.

Make a walk through the garden along all the cosy seating areas; from a beautiful shaded spot under the centuries-old Alfarobba tree to the lounge deck in the back of the garden to relax while enjoying the beautiful views, or choose a place by the pool. The pool is heated and has a wooden deck around it and several wooden sunbeds. There is also a private beach with its own beach bar near the pool.

The garden has been landscaped with a lot of love and attention. There are several cosy seating areas created with a choice for sun or shade and valley views or sea views. There are also beautiful trees and plants in the garden, such as Alfarobba trees, olive trees, almond trees, palm trees, Yuccas and white fig trees from which delicious homemade jam can be made.

Also there is an attractive holiday home overlooking the valley. This holiday home is ideal for family or friends who come to visit. Completely private from the main houes and with all the comfort for a wonderful stay.

The current owners have built the house with love and attention and created it to the beautiful place that it is today. Since 2017, they have welcomed guests in the 3 suites, all of which have had an unforgettable time at this special place.

The location is perfectly close to the village and beach. Within 2 minutes drive you are at the nearest supermarkt and within 3 minutes you are in Moncarapacho village. The beach is a 5 minute drive and there is good access to various roads towards villages and and cities in the surrounding area, as well as easy access to the high way. Faro airport is located at 20 minutes drive.
