You will also be able to visit lots of other towns such as Benidorm, Altea, Javea, Denia and to the South - Torrevieja all less than an hour's drive away. Alicante airport is only 20 minutes away – so not far for picking up all your friends and relatives!  It is close to the delightful town of Tibi in the mountains overlooking the cosmopolitan city of Alicante. Tibi has plenty of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, bank, post office, doctors and chemist. There are also many interesting places to visit nearby and pick a bargain at the colourful markets.  Look on the map and you will see Torrevieja one side - Benidorm the other side and Alicante is in the middle of the two - it is 10 minutes inland (approx 20kms off the main A7 motorway). If you see 'Ibi' on the map - 'Tibi' is before 'Ibi'
