At 4 km from Pogonia lies Paleros, the largest seaside town in the region. Next to the two marinas, you will find the trendy beach bar / restaurant Paleros Yacht Club, medical facilities, ATM machines, large supermarkets and many taverns, bars and cafes. There are also car, bicycle and boat rentals, a diving school and a camping site.



The cities of Preveza and Lefkas Town are within a 30-minute drive of the villa. The international airport of Aktio – Preveza is also less than half an hour away, while the ports of Patras and Igoumenitsa, where all ferries from Italy arrive, are 1.5 hours away.
