The property is within easy access to the national road, the international airport of Chania and the Ferry Port of Souda Bay.

EXTERIOR

Built just outside of the beautiful, traditional village of Vamos, Villa Lefki has great mountain and sea views.

Entering through the electric gate onto the plot, there is space to park at least 4 cars.

Walking up to the entrance of the villa, you pass by the private pool, terrace and gardens full of rosemary bushes.

In front of the main entrance is a large terrace with pergolas and views of the mountains.

INTERIOR

Entering this modern villa by the main entrance, you will see the kitchen on your right hand side. In front is a large open plan space for a dining and living room area with a corner fire place.

The  aluminium windows are an elegant dark grey colour and all are equipped with mosquito screens and shutters, allowing lots of light to enter. From the living room you can see the white mountains on one side and the sea on the other side.

On the left hand side are doors to a terrace covered with a pergola, equipped with wind screens with views to the mountains.

On the right hand side you can access a terrace with fantastic views over the countryside and sea, overlooking the tiled pool terrace.

Opposite of the kitchen is an elegant white marble staircase.

Going up half a level, there is a small office, which could also be turned into a bedroom.

On the first floor is the open plan master bedroom with great views and a cosy reading area. The first level could be closed up for privacy and an en-suite bathroom could be added.

From the entrance you can go down the staircase half a level finding the bathroom with a bath tub.

Going down a few steps more you reach the next floor with a master en-suite bedroom (with shower and toilet), one en-suite bedroom and a third bedroom. There is an extra toilet on the floor.
