At first glance, this property may seem like any other upgraded villa on the resort, however, this particular villa is truly one of a kind.
This Villa Alcor had its plans modified before construction began to cater for wheelchair access. This means the villa is actually around 10% larger inside. The hallway and all the internal doors have been widened by 10cm, steps leading outside have been replaced with ramps, and that's just a couple of changes that were made off-plan.
