Cap Estate, on the northern most tip of the island is one of the most scenic and desirable areas. It comprises approximately 1,500 acres with spectacular views from the cliff tops to the sandy beaches. With views of the Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Martinique in the distance, it is therefore in a key position to demand some of the highest prices for property on the island.

A touch of St. Lucian history greets you as you step out of the kitchen. A series of aging concrete pillars wrapped in bougainvillea once supported the Naval barracks during World War II.

Tree Tops is one of the oldest homes at Cap Estate (1971), situated on a choice piece of property, designed by Ross Kembar, a noted Canadian architect who came to St. Lucia in the late 1960s to 'try and upgrade the architecture of the island'. He succeeded in creating a unique living experience with Tree Tops.
