Via the smallest bedroom is a staircase to the roof terrace. This terrace has a water supply as well as a covered section and there are some mountain views as well as views over the town.
Suggestions:
1. make the house one bigger home by removing a few walls and enlarging some rooms. You could still have three or even four bedrooms plus a much bigger sitting room and an office.
2. Keep the house as two apartments but improve the styling. Reduce the upper floor apartment to two bedrooms and make the sitting room much bigger so the access to the terrace is off the sitting room not off a bedroom.
