This mid terrace village house is in the small but historically important Arenas del Rey.. In the village there are bars, small supermarkets, school, church, doctor’s surgery and weekly market. The village is surrounded by countryside and sits next to Lake Bermejales and close to La Resinera so if you like walking, cycling or bird watchig this is a fantastic area for those activities.

Upstairs are four bedrooms plus a bathroom. There’s a random door in the hallway that separates one bedroom and the bathroom from the rest of the bedrooms. Quite why this is there we don’t know.
The smaller of the bedrooms would make a perfect office. The other bedrooms are big enough to put in a small en-suite.
