Outside there is a patio with lots of potential to create an alfresco kitchen and outdoor dining.

The property has had substantial structural work in the basement and on the outside, the soil has been removed, drainage has been installed and the stonework has been sealed and plastered over.
The land…
The large plot of 3365 m² surrounds the property, consisting mostly of beautiful flat land around the house, perfect for that vegetable patch or growing a vivid and colourful garden of flowers. It is completely enclosed, partly walled. There is a variety of well-established fruit trees, along with a gentle stream running across the bottom of the property with trees and overgrowth, leading to your own magical escape. There is a greenhouse underneath one of the rooftop terraces, great for potting new plants and protecting them through winter.

The property is connected to mains electricity and mains water, and there is a well and borehole if you wanted to connect to this, along with water pipes running from the stream for the garden. There is a main telephone line and internet, currently ADSL, but fibre will be in the area in the coming months. There is a septic tank in place and soak away, there are no sewage cartons other than the septic tank needing to be emptied approximately once every three years. There is a quiet access road to the property which only services local residents, so there is no through traffic past the house.
