Going in through the front door you come into the spacious dining-living room which runs the whole width of the house, with a fireplace at one end .

Off the living room theres a corridor leading to  the 4 spacious bedrooms, all exterior. Theres one family bathroom with a shower.

Hot water heater is electric, while the gas cooker is gas. Air conditioning is also installed.

Off the living room,theres a good size independent equipped kitchen with a back door out to a summer kitchen/laundry room area,  with built in barbecue for your evening grills!!..At the rear of the house theres a large patio with storage areas and workshop type buildings. Theres also a car port 

The finca itself has a variety of trees such as carob, almond,fig and lemon. there's a water deposit available(could be converted into a pool), with its pump, a collector for rain water, and an automatic  watering system. The finca has mains electricity and water. Access via remote controlled gates.

A very nice cottage in a quiet location, but near to all services and some great bars and restaurants,too!
