In front of the house, there is the barbecue area and a storage room / workshop, which could easily be converted into another independent apartment.

Across the street there is a chicken coop, fully fenced and large to raise any kind of animals. The charming Spanish coastal town of Águilas, with its sandy beaches, is 55 minutes away by car. The nearest golf course is the Lorca golf complex, a 30-minute drive away.
