The reality of this property is that it needs work for it to make sense. There is a lot of space and a huge garden but really needs someone with a good eye for detail to come in and make the house sensible. On the ground floor there is a very useable two rooms either side of the entrance hall, one is currently a bedroom and the other a sitting room. There is a further bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom towards the rear of the house. The kitchen has a large pantry and while dated is usable. The bathroom really needs updating.
