The total estate covers 5.5 hectares and in addition to all the buildings you will find centuries-old cork oaks, 300 olive trees and 100 mature orange trees that provide the daily fresh orange juice. There is a large greenhouse (22x8 meters) for growing your own organic fruit and vegetables, which you can offer your guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of room for keeping other livestock such as chickens and geese to complete organic land life. The 25-square-metre garage and log cabin provide plenty of storage space for your garden tools and machines.

The main house
The main building was completely renovated in 2006 and offers everything a contemporary farm needs. Think of a large functional kitchen and spacious living room with lots of incursion of natural light. In addition, this part of the building also houses office space, linen room, technical area, sauna and storage space for supplies. The heating of the rooms is done in an ecologically responsible way by means of an Ecoforest (bio)pellet stove. A solar boiler has been installed for hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and oven. There is a lot of storage space and also plenty of workspace cq. space to optimally serve your family and guests.

The main house has been extended in 2019 with the spacious and contemporary bedrooms ensuite. There are 4 contemporary and luxurious double rooms with private bathroom, one of which is the luxurious bridal suite of no less than 45 square meters. The 5th room is a family room with a double bed for the parents and a separate bedroom with two single beds.

All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, double glazing and a private bathroom. The master suite has a luxurious freestanding bath, large walk-in shower, toilet and double wash furniture. All rooms are also equipped with television and internet and a minibar or pantry. Each B&B room has direct access to a private indoor terrace, shared indoor dining area, car park and large pool.

The self-contained Guest House - separate from the main house
The detached Guesthouse can be used as a separate self-sufficient country house for your guests, visiting family or as a holiday accommodation with capacity for 6 guests. The Guesthouse features a spacious open plan living with a complete kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, making permanent habitation possible here. The kitchen has a hob, cooling-freeze combination, combimagnetron, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet with storage space.

On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms ensuite which offer a wonderful view of the direct surroundings from the bed. Each bedroom has an airco, closet room and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and laundry furniture. The beautifully landscaped garden with various flowers and trees give you the ultimate outdoor feeling. The Guesthouse has its own swimming pool with terrace to ultimately enjoy the peace, space and freedom that the Alentejo offers.

The Lodge tents
On the plot are 5 luxury safari tents with a dimension of 6x9 meters (also called Lodge tents), carefully placed on a solid underlay so that each tent has a lot of privacy and an available outdoor space of 1100 square meters per Lodge. Each lodge offers space for 2 bedrooms with 2×1 person luxury box spring beds suitable for 4 people. The tastefully decorated living room is spacious and there is a moving kitchen with hob, a fridge and plenty of utensils. The five lodge safari tents each have their own stone bathhouse of 2.5 x 3 meters with toilet, laundry bowl and walk-in shower.
