This house is set right in the centre of the village, walking distance to everything that Coreglia can offer in the way of shops and services.
It is on three floors with large cellars on basement floor, on this floor there is also a little garden well exposed to the sun. The cantina is high enough to be made into a taverna for 'al fresco' dining.
The main access to the house is by a staircase to a small service terrace that leads you to the first floor where you will find a living room, a dining room with open kitchen which has a very large window to enjoy the view. Off this is fantastic, large terrace, where you will enjoy winter sunshine as well as barmy breakfasts in the Summer before the heat arrives for the day. This house was built by Italians for Italians and so all the action is in the eat-in kitchen or on the terrace. The living room is snug for watching TV in the evenings or listening to music. The views extend as far as the Alpi Apuane, over which some amazing sunsets can be viewed all year.
On top floor, reached by marble stairs, there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and a bathroom.
This house is in need of some light, restoration, the roof should be fine but hasn't been inspected by a builder. Under the false ceilings are beams if the new buyers wanted to make the house more rustic.
