This is a good size detached house with amazing sea views on Hvar and the best sunsets anywhere to be found, allegedly! The house is situated on the western edge of this little village which is located on the Southside of the island. The house has been well looked after and can be lived in straight away, or could benefit from some minor updating. The house consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a spacious living room with amazing Southwesterly views.

Externally, a garden wraps around two sides of the house and has several Medertarrianian plants including olive and almond trees. There is also a storage room which is always useful. Sveta Nedilja has become a popular place in recent years, and the once almost deserted village is getting a new lease of life! Due to the house being located within the village parking is not possible at the house; however, a minute’s walk away is possible to park.

Located on the Southside of the island it is positioned just below the highest peak on the island, Sveti Nikola (626 m). The village has a small market in the summer months as well as several cafe bars and restaurants serving local dishes and some of the best wines in the region. Sveta Nedjelja is a top-rated free-climbing destination.

Sveta Nedilja is especially well known locally for its wine tradition. Vineyards are located on steep southern slopes above the village. It is said that the vineyards which have views of the crystal Adriatic and the South sun have the fullest flavour! This is true of the local wine, which is characterized by a strong red colour and fullness of flavour. The grape Plavac Mali is the most typical red wine grape variety, Sveta Nedlija is also home to the famous Zlatan Otok winery established in 1986 by Zlatan Plenko.
