Villa Lefki is a modern design villa of approximately 200 sq.m, on a hill, set on grounds of 2,500 sq.m and located within walking distance from the traditional village of Vamos, the historical heart of the Apokoronas region of Chania. The views from the plot are unique, in that both the Aegean to the north and the White mountains to the south are both visible from almost wherever you stand in the house and its grounds. Between top floor and ground floor is a small room that is presently an office but can be used as a 5th bedroom with a double bed.



On the ground floor are found the dining and living room, as well as the fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a large covered southern veranda with full mountain views and on the other northern facing side, a porch veranda overlooking the pool area with wonderful views of the Akrotiri Peninsula and the open Aegean Sea. On the lower ground floor there is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, there is another bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom across the corridor.



On the outside of the house is the terrace with the swimming pool that is approximately 9 by 5 meters and at the deep end over 2 meters depth. The tiled space around the pool is very big and extra shade is provided by sun shades and a BBQ with pergola.



There is shaded parking for two cars and most of the plot has been left untouched with its herbs, carob trees, wild pear and cypress trees. Villa Lefki is a very comfortable, 4-bedroom house, constructed to high standards. It was built by the present owner for himself nine years ago. The plot has a stone wall perimeter with fencing and its entrance is through electrically operated gates.



The distance from Vamos to Chania airport is 35 km and the nearest larger town of Rethymno can be reached within 40 minutes.
