Each villa is built entirely on one level. The basic type consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. It is possible to expand the villa, with one or more additional bedrooms and / or bathrooms. Each villa has a private infinity swimming pool or jacuzzi. A spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen at the front of the villa offers an ideal space to relax, where a pergola provides the necessary shade.

Package deal

All Olive Stone Villas are offered as a so-called 'Package Deal'. You can purchase a completely finished villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an infinity swimming pool or jacuzzi and the entire interior and exterior decoration, at a competitive total price starting from € 210,000. When we say fully furnished, we really mean it: even cutlery and linen are included. The furniture and accessories come from the Wood & Stone furniture store, also owned by the developer, where there are plenty of choices to decorate the villa to your own taste.



Rental & maintenance

An OLIVE STONE VILLA is an ideal villa for holiday rentals. This way, the villa can not only pay for its own expenses but can also realize a significant return on investment. A major advantage is that you don’t have to organize anything yourself: the property and rental management services cover the full maintenance of the house, the garden and the swimming pool, but also the processing of bookings, payments, cleaning, linen service, reception of guests, etc. You can also use these services when the villa is used by you or your family.



You can rely on the rental organisation not only for the maintenance of the villa and the rental logistics, but also for finding tenants for your villa: this organisation already has several villas and apartments under management, which are rented for the owners with great success. Location

Currently Olive Stone projects are being realized at two locations: in the village of POGONIA and in the small seaside town of PALEROS.



In Pogonia you will find several taverns and cafes, a small supermarket and a bakery. All water sports facilities can be found on the beach. The beach is within walking distance (700 m) from the construction site.?

At 4 km from Pogonia lies Paleros, the largest seaside town in the region. Next to the two marinas, you will find the trendy beach bar / restaurant Paleros Yacht Club, medical facilities, ATM machines, large supermarkets and many taverns, bars and cafes. There are also car, bicycle and boat rentals, a diving school and a camping site. The construction site is located on the outskirts of Paleros, just 400 meters from the beach.

The cities of Preveza and Lefkas Town are within a 30-minute drive of the Olive Stone Villas. The international airport of Aktio - Preveza is also less than half an hour away, while the ports of Patras and Igoumenitsa, where all ferries from Italy arrive, are 1.5 hours away.
