The farm consists of Rustic and Urban lots with a total area of ??25,107 m², 24,576 m² being land area. The property is accessed by a rustic road that is maintained by the council and there is no through traffic past the house, with no traffic to disturb the peaceful tranquil countryside. The main house is built over two stories with two completely separate living areas so can easily be rented as it is. The farm is located only minutes from town and located close to many outdoor adventures and a Yoga retreat for holiday rental possibilities or to create more farming opportunities.

Marble stairs lead to the upstairs which you enter through a sunroom, an enclosed terrace with large windows. There are two doors, one leading to the kitchen and the other leading to the 3 bedrooms. The large kitchen has wood effect wall and base units, a large 5 burner gas cooker and a stainless steel sink. From the kitchen the dining room / living room area is to the left. You enter the ground floor through glass and aluminum doors that leads to a large open area that can easily be divided into further bedrooms or large games room. To the left is a single WC, again with space to convert into another bedroom. There are two doors, A small beautifully tiled hallway to the left leads into a large bedroom and main WC with shower, there is a smaller room off this very large room, that can either be used as a family room for kids for letting, a study or a large wardrobe storage area. From the bedroom there is a large kitchen with base units, marble worktops, a double stainless steel sink and a large open fireplace. An archway leads to the large lounge / dining room from where there is a large door leading back to the entrance area.

The annex is opposite the main house and currently consists of 2 large workshops and a double garage on the 1st floor. Pedrógão Grande is a large city around 10 minutes' drive with many restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. It is considered the largest forest patch in Europe, where pines, eucalypts, acacias and olive trees dominate the scenery. The County is divided into two parts: the interior, predominantly schistose, and the Valley and land close to the River Zêzere. The beauty of the natural landscape is an attractive factor, bringing the municipality many visitors throughout the year looking for the fresh country escape. The river beaches, walking trails, bike trials, imposing landscape, customs and traditions, are certainly the potential for development tourism,

Figueiro dos Vinhos, between these two towns, you will find everything you need along with all amenities, such as supermarkets, schools, doctor`s, café`s, library, gym and indoor swimming pool. There is a weekly market selling fruit, vegetables, hardware, trees and chickens.

There are many river beaches close by along with a lot of outdoor sports and activities for the adventurous.

Castanheira de Pêra with its famous Praia das Rocas is around 10 minutes' drive away and a great attraction for families during summer adding to the rental opportunities.

Porto and Lisbon are around a 2-hour drive. Coimbra Portugal`s third biggest city is around 40 minutes away, and the seaside is around 50 minutes.
