One bedroom is ensuite, the tiling in the bathroom could do with being updated. In fact the tiing in both bathrooms could do with being changed to something more stylish. This isn’t an expensive thing to do.
All the bedrooms are a decent size and all rooms have air conditioning/heating which runs off an oil filled system and electricity.
The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all the ceilings throughout the house are nice and high.
The windows are single glazed but in good condition and the prevalent noise is from the cicadas in the gardens. There are neighbours within eye and earshot and some people might find the main road too close.
However, with a small investment on updating the tired areas of this property and looking at other similar properties in the area, the potential for a holiday let for six months of the year, earning a good income, is definitely there. This house absolutely suits anyone wanting a business investment. If you want a house on a large plot of land with potential then this is also the house for you.
