Location
Casa Garupa is situated just outside the picturesque village of Los Romanes, (5 to 10 minutes’ walk) in the quiet, peaceful countryside. There are neighbours on one side, but it is secluded from the neighbours and there is no noise.
Los Romanes is a small village, but with good facilities, overlooking magnificent Lake Viñuela and Mount Maroma, in the municipality of Viñuela, and it is located around 20/25 minutes from the coast at Torre del Mar.

The Plot
The plot was recently remeasured, at 6157m2. The house, surrounded by gardens, pool terrace and a large parking area, is on flat land, and beyond, the land gently falls away into a lush valley. The land is walkable, down to the bottom, but the area around the house is what is used mostly, and is fully fenced. The views due South are magnificent, with the hills to either side framing the valley, with the mountain village of Comares perched on top of a mountain in the background and some interesting rocky outcrops.

The House
The villa is on two levels. From the beautiful driveway and parking area, is access to a double garage, 37m2, which also houses the heat pump for the under floor heating. There is also a side door leading into the front courtyard.
