GABELLA VECCHIA
BUILDING PLOT - SITE OF A RURAL BUILDING DEMOLISHED FOLLOWING THE 2016 SEISMIC EVENTS TODAY AVAILABLE FOR RECONSTRUCTION.
The proposed plot as a building area is a plot where there was an old barn of two floors above ground, located in Gabella Vecchia in San Ginesio, easily accessible from the Provincial road to San Liberato.
Near the plot is present electricity, mains water and methane connections. The location is ideal for the construction of a small residence and logistics makes it easy to access the various paths of the Sibillini Park and to the center of Sarnano which is at 3 km .
The old barn was a two-storey structure made of bricks, with the traditional laying for ventilation on the first floor, and roof in traditional tiles.
