The town of El Borge is located at the foot of Mount Cerro de Cútar and is known as the "capital of raisins" because it is one of the largest producers of muscat raisins. So it comes as no surprise that El Borge is one of the towns on the Ruta de la Pasa and that you can see many raisins in the area.
