There is space for a free standing cooker with an extractor over and space for a washing machine or dishwasher and a free standing fridge / freezer. French doors open to a Juliette balcony. The kitchen is fully tiled and there is space for a good sized dining table and chairs.



The lounge is again well sized and has tiled floors. There is a feature wood burning fireplace with stone surround. A large window to the front floods this room with light.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower over, a pedestal sink, wc, and bidet. The bathroom is fully tiled.

The first bedroom is large and would easily accommodate a double or king size bed. There is a single pane French door that leads onto a balcony. The floors have wood parquet flooring.

The property is located in the center of Ansião. In Ansio there is a large supermarket, several mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, banks, doctors, pharmacy, shops, etc. There is also a lovely park area where there are events held throughout the year and a wonderful area to take the children to play.
