The Romans (maybe already the Phoenicians before) built fishing weirs on the southern coast of Chipiona that we know today as Playa Camarón. Only 250 m away across the dunes we find this independent house with more than 1000m2 of land, completely handmade by its seller, a glassmaker and electrician by profession, with the best materials, both for its base construction and finishing. You enter through a porch into the dining room, with a fireplace. On the left there are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, and on the right of that dining room there is a toilet and a third bedroom in front. We continue to the kitchen, which is directly connected to the patio and garden to the south, but which also has a window to the north garden. There is a multipurpose annex, such as a study room, and a workshop that can function as a garage building, and a laundry room. In addition to the barbecue and a huge roof terrace.
This easy living, one level Chalet is as simple and captivating as its legendary location, in the extreme south of Chipiona, a coastal village that the British media gave as an example of fighting against the Covid-19 when organizing the distancing visit of its wonderful beaches:
