This property is located in the popular village of Sobral da Lagoa which is close to the medieval village of Obios. Sobral has cafes and a mini-market.

It is 4km from Obidos where there are two major supermarkets, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, florist, public swimming baths, banks, doctors, dentists, etc. The older part of Obidos has any festivities during the year including the very popular Medieval Festival along with the Christmas Festival and Chocolate, Book and other festivals and events held throughout the year.

The town of Caldas da Rainha is a 15 minute drive. Caldas is a good sized town with a fabulous town center filled with a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. There are also cultural centers where there is a regular program of music, theatre and performing arts in addition to various events. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market where you can purchase local produce, fruit, vegetables as well as cheeses, breads, flowers and a variety of other local items.

The nearest beach is 15 minutes away and there are several beautiful beaches with 20-30 minutes of the property.

It is close to all transportation links and Lisbon airport is 50 minutes away.
