Driving through the village of El Pinar you can get your first glimpse of the villa set high above the road with its gardens stepping down below it. If you do not get this glimpse then you may not believe what lies behind the whitewashed walls as you arrive at the entrance of the property.



Stepping through the arched wooden door you enter a large courtyard which still does not reveal that there is an incredible 194m² build to this home.

El Pinar has a bar & restaurant in the village with the possibility of more services to come in the future although the timescale is not predictable. A short drive from the village is the larger village of Los Gallardos where you will find amenities including banks, chemist, doctor, supermarkets, bars & restaurants and within approximately a 15 minute drive you can be on the beaches of Mojácar or Garrucha.



Airport transfers are easy with the proximity of the A7/E15 motorway access at Los Gallardos making drive time to Almería 50 minutes, Murcia 80 minutes and Alicante 2 hours.
