This property is found in Casoli, one of the villages between Bagni di Lucca and the ski resort of Abetone. It has a bar and small shop as well as a bus service to Bagni di Lucca.
The property is entered on the middle floor which is completely open plan with a fireplace, kitchen and central stairs. This floor also has one of the bathrooms on it which is accessed via a corridor. Up the stairs is a lovely space which is currently a reading room but could be further sleeping quarters and then you will find the first double bedroom.
In some ways, it would be good to leave this house exactly as it is as it has rave reviews from all who stay in.
The cantina has been converted into a large bedroom with the bedrock featuring which also has a lovely en-suite bathroom.
On the same lower floor, but accessed from the outside, there is the boiler room and laundry. The heating is operated by gpl but, instead of having fan heaters, it has heat pumps which heat the house up in no time.
Outside there are three gardens one is outside the kitchen, one is on same level as the entrace and it is walled aorund and the last one is in level with the lower floor of the house and is terraced down.
The entire house is double glazed and the roof is insulated. It has a modern septic tank which was put in in 1995.
This is a great house with a great rental history!
