The house has good access just off the main Sorbas to Tabernas road and Almeria city and airport are approximately 30 minutes away. Large gates open into the property where you will find parking for many vehicles, here you will also find a handy storage building.
A pathway guides you to the entrance of the house via some wonderfully mature Olive trees and plants. To the rear of the house is a sizable covered patio which leads to the kitchen door. This fabulous patio is perfect for outside cooking and entertaining as well as taking shade during the long, hot summer months.
The kitchen is a good size and includes an abundance of worksurface and cupboard space as well as a large free standing cooker.
