This apartment is found between Bagni di Lucca and Ponte a Serraglio. Both the towns are equally close.

Ponte a Serraglio has more life in the evening because of a very busy bar. In daytime one has a lot to do here if interested in sport; rafting, the Canyon Park and Abetone ski resort in the winter. All of this is within only a few chilometres. For lazy days in the sun there’s a public pool with all comforts within walking distance.

The apartment is on the second floor of this building.

To get in to the apartment one walks up external stairs and the entrance is the same as the sitting room, this room is big and bright with a three panes windows overlooking the river and the glass entrance door, the room is 3.8x4.5m.

Passed the sitting room there is a small corridor that opens to the fully equipped eat in kitchen of 5.3x3.2m and a bedroom of 4.2x3m next to it. The bathroom is also on this floor and it's 3x1.5m.

On the second floor of the apartment access from a wooden stairs in the kitchen there is a attic that the previous owner used for the children bedroom as it is not high enough (5.05x3.10m).

If you need a second bedroom you can create a room where the kitchen is now and use the sitting room as a kitchen-living as it was in the past. All the water pipes and drains are in the wall that divides the living room from the kitchen so the works to move the kitchen will be quite easy.
