Casa Gelsomino is situated in a small but characteristic hamlet at the foot of the green hills of the “Prato Fiorito” mountain, close to Bagni di Lucca, about 500 meters above sea level. This detached property, situated at the edge of the village, is completely ready to move in to and covers approximately 190 square metres over three floors including the basement. The house has a small garden plot of about 115 square meters. You arrive at the house by foot but the public car park is located at about 150 mt away. From the lane in front, the house is accessed via a few steps to an outdoor terrace.

From here we enter directly into the entrance hall facing the stone stairs and the iron railing that go up to the first floor.
